This discussion is a rewrite and update of “How I Made A Million in Consulting....Now if you believe that I have this bridge for sale..,” which has been given many times over the past 15 years.
Times have changed. The consulting business has changed. Jim discusses what is new, what is unchanged, and how to scratch out a living in a down economy. Some topics to be covered are:
Getting clients,
Marketing & advertising,
Estimating business costs,
What to charge,
How and when to invoice.
Questions and further discussion from the audience will be strongly encouraged.
