To generate innovation in today's business world, professionals

During this presentation you will learn surefire tactics on how

to manage yourself by identifying your individual strengths and

their contribution to innovation, your professional

purpose, four types of mentoring relationships to be used

within today's workforce, and eight types of people you should

have within your professional network.  To tap into the talent

of today's workforce and generate innovation, you will

learn how the members of Generation X, Generation Y, Baby

Boomers, and the Silent Generation contribute to innovation.

Using action plan worksheets, you can apply this information to

take yourself to the next level of professional success.

 

 

Bio:

 

Sharon A. Wulf, Ph.D. is an organizational and business

strategist.  Since establishing Enterprise Systems in 1992, she

has delivered over 2,000 customized seminars on business

strategy and leadership skills to technology and service

organizations in North America, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, and

Germany.   With over fifteen years of high-technology industry

experience, Sharon held senior management positions at two

Fortune 500 corporations.  Awarded Northeastern University's

Teaching Excellence Award, Sharon served on the adjunct faculty

for over 25 years, instructing management courses to over 2,500

graduate and undergraduate students.  At Boston University, she

teaches graduate courses in innovation and product

development.  Elected to Phi Sigma  Tau, an international honor

society, Sharon holds B.S., M.B.A., and Ph.D. degrees.  A

frequently invited keynote speaker, she is the recipient of the

Toastmasters International Communication and Leadership Award.
